Providing your data is voluntary. If the requested personal data is not provided, we will not be able to issue the invoice, deliver the product, etc.

COMFORTEX ENERGY SRL does not process personal data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, health data, or data concerning an individual's sexual life or sexual orientation.

All the information you provide to us is stored on servers owned and managed by the controller in Romania.

Your personal data will be stored as long as there is an active account on the website or according to applicable archiving legislation.

You can request the deactivation of your account and the anonymization of your personal data at any time, and we will comply with this request, subject to retaining the information required by applicable law.

The recorded information is intended for use by the controller and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject/legal representatives, the controller’s authorized agents, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other legally authorized institutions to request information.

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, delete data, restrict processing, data portability, object, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
